RULES FOR THE PURCHASE OF GOODS
1. General provisions.
1.1. These rules for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") are a legal document binding on the parties, which establishes the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions for the purchase and payment of goods, the procedure for delivery and return of goods, the liability of the parties and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods in the online store "Uginte.lt".
1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he agrees with these Rules.
1.3. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer, having formed a basket of goods in the online store, indicated the delivery address, selected the payment method and familiarized himself with the Rules, clicks on the "Buy" button.
2. Protection of personal data.
2.1. When ordering goods in the online store "Uginte.lt", the buyer must provide the data requested at the time of purchase: name, surname, address and e-mail address.
2.2. The Buyer is responsible for providing correct data at the time of purchase.
2.3. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that the personal data provided by him will be processed for the purposes of order execution. The Buyer also agrees that the informational messages necessary to fulfill the order of the goods will be sent to the e-mail address specified by the Buyer.
2.4. The Buyer's personal data may be processed for marketing purposes only if the Buyer himself expresses his consent to this.
2.5 The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except when required by the competent State authority in the cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or with the separate written consent of the Buyer.
3. Rights and obligations of the Buyer.
3.1. The Buyer undertakes to pay the Seller the agreed amount for the ordered goods and accept them.
3.2 Provide complete, complete and correct information in the billing form. If the Buyer provides inaccurate, false or misleading data in the payment form, "Uginte.lt" has the right to cancel the Buyer's registration and delete the data.
3.2. In the event of a change in the Buyer's data provided in the purchase form, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller.
3.3. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of purchase and sale of goods in accordance with the provisions set out in the Rules of Return of the Goods.
3.4. By placing an order in the online store "Uginte.lt", the Buyer agrees with these Rules of Purchase and Sale and undertakes to them and the established legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. Rights and obligations of the seller.
4.1. The Seller undertakes to create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the online store "Uginte.lt".
4.2. If the Buyer tries to undermine the stability and security of the work of the online store or violates its obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without notice restrict, suspend or cancel the Buyer's access to the online store.
4.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right of privacy to the personal information belonging to the Buyer, which is indicated in the purchase form and will not transfer it to third parties.
4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.
4.5. In the event of significant circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently terminate the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.
4.6. The Seller may unilaterally change the terms of these Terms and Conditions.
4.7. If the Buyer uses the services provided by "Uginte.lt" after the changes in these terms and conditions, it is considered that the Buyer has agreed to the amendment of the Terms and Conditions.
5. Ordering of goods, prices, payment procedure, terms.
5.1. In the online store, the Buyer can make online purchases 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
5.2. Orders are accepted only through the e-shop "Uginte.lt".
5.4. All prices of goods in the online store are indicated in euros, including VAT, and in another currency including VAT.
5.5. The Buyer undertakes to pay the order within 2 (two) calendar days from the date of confirmation of the order. The preparation of the parcel begins only after receiving payment for the goods.

4.7. If the Buyer uses the services provided by "Uginte.lt" after the changes in these terms and conditions, it is considered that the Buyer has agreed to the amendment of the Terms and Conditions.
5. Ordering of goods, prices, payment procedure, terms.
5.1. In the online store, the Buyer can make online purchases 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
5.2. Orders are accepted only through the e-shop "Uginte.lt".
5.4. All prices of goods in the online store are indicated in euros, including VAT, and in another currency including VAT.
5.5. The Buyer undertakes to pay the order within 2 (two) calendar days from the date of confirmation of the order. The preparation of the parcel begins only after receiving payment for the goods.
5.6. Payment via Paypal is possible, but due to this servicethe amount of the order increases by 4%.
5.7. If the buyer does not make the payment within 2 calendar days, the order is cancelled.
6. Delivery of goods.
6.1. The buyer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.
6.2. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer cannot accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer does not have the right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.
6.3. The goods are sent to the Buyer within 4-7 working days, from the confirmation of payment.
6.4. In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for non-compliance with the terms of delivery of goods if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the control of the Seller.
6.5. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the parcel is received in the damaged packaging, if the unsolicited goods received in the consignment or their incorrect quantity, incomplete set of goods.
6.6. The Buyer must provide the Seller with photos of the damaged parcel and/or product(s) by e-mail.
7. Quality of goods, guarantees.
7.1. All data of the goods sold in the online store "Uginte.lt" are indicated in the product description next to each item.
7.2. The quantities of goods shown in the shop in the photos are not always related to the price of the goods - the price of more than one unit of goods may be shown. Measurement units are specified in the product description. The color of the goods, depending on the monitor used by the Buyer, may vary slightly.
7.3. The seller can give an appropriate quality guarantee for individual types of goods, the specific term and other conditions of which are indicated in the description of the product.
8. Marketing and information.
8.1. The seller in the online store "Uginte.lte" can organize various promotions and offers.
8.2. The seller has the right to unilaterally, without separate notice, change the terms of the shares, as well as cancel them. Any change or cancellation of the terms and conditions of the shares is valid from the moment of their amendment or cancellation.
8.3. The Seller shall send notifications to the Buyer to the e-mail address specified in the Buyer's purchase form.
8.4. The Buyer sends all messages and questions to the address specified in the "Contacts" section of the Seller's e-store.
8.5. The Seller shall not be liable if the Buyer does not receive the sent informational or confirmatory messages due to the disruption of the Internet connection, the networks of e-mail service providers, when the messages enter the SPAM directory, or due to the data incorrectly indicated by the Buyer.
8.6. The Buyer's personal data may be processed for marketing purposes under the conditions specified in clause 2.4 of these Rules.
9. Final Provisions.
9.1. These Rules for the Purchase and Sale of Goods have been drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.2. These rules are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these rules are resolved by negotiation. In case of failure to reach an agreement, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
5.7. If the buyer does not make the payment within 2 calendar days, the order is cancelled.
6. Delivery of goods.
6.1. The buyer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.
6.2. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer cannot accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer does not have the right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.
6.3. The goods are sent to the Buyer within 4-7 working days, from the confirmation of payment.
6.4. In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for non-compliance with the terms of delivery of goods if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the control of the Seller.
